Obituary:
Olive was born in Holly, CO to Arthur and Charlotte Jones. She lived most of her life in Santa Monica, CA working as a hair stylist and baking pies at night for the local bakeries. In 1982 she moved to Turlock to be with her family and grandchildren. Her greatest love was her family and friends, she will be truly missed by all who knew and loved her. Ollie always had a positive word for all. Her kindness and great nature touched all of us. She is survived by her grandchildren; Dorinda Remmel and Julie Remmel both of Colorado Springs, CO, Lance Hunter of Hilmar, also great grandchildren; Frank Remmel of Texas, Ricki Remmel of Florida, Lacey Hunter – Leonardo of Turlock, Lance Hunter Jr. of Hilmar, and great great grandson Reagan Leonardo of Turlock. Ollie was preceded in death by her husband Bill Avril and her son Harrison Gene Hall. Visitation will be Sunday, July 13, from 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at Allen Mortuary.
