To Garys Family and Friends:
What a shock it was to hear of Garys passing. It is still hard to believe.
There has never been, nor will there ever be anyone more dedicated to the short track racers than Gary Jacobs was.
He will be missed by all.
Beginng this next race season we at Red Bluff plan on having an anual event in honor of his name so that he will not be forgotten.
On behalf of all the Outlaw Kart racers. Please accept our deepest sympathy. Know that he was loved by all.

Met Gary some 20 yrs. ago. He was Mr. Racing, and would always keep us updated no matter what time it was. It's a great loss and he will be truly missed by all.

I met Gary in person only once. Liked him immediately. You could tell how much he loved dirt track racing and all the people who were involved. I admired his writing style and marveled at the events he covered. I emailed him often with info on Kelly and he was always so appreciative. He was a man to be admired. We in the racing community are going to miss him terribly. God Bless you all.Kelly has sent a donation in Gary's name to the church you requested.

I'm sorry I never got to meet him, but I have enjoyed his articles very much. He touched so many lives and will never be forgotten. My thoughts and prayers to his family and friends.
