Vanessa Huerta May 19, 1970 - January 5, 2026

Vanessa is survived by her mother, Antoinette Chavez, her brother, Xavier Huerta of Turlock,
Her sisters, Nila Galindo of Turlock and Salina Benavidez of Turlock.

She is preceded in death by her father, Richard Huerta.

Vanessa loved to worship God and go to church. Her favorite song to sing was, “I Love You, Lord.” She loved being in the presence of God and loved being at the altar to pray. She loved gospel music and also loved country music. She loved shopping for clothes and enjoyed matching her clothes to her tennis shoes and her earrings. She loved going to Sizzler, taquitos, and also enjoyed Dr. Pepper and Mocha Blasts from Baskin Robbin’s as often as we would let her have one. She loved drawing and coloring, dancing salsa with the family, and being a part of Continuum College. She was tiny but had a big heart and loved unconditionally. She loved her immediate family and her many cousins immensely. Vanessa was a former student at Continuum College in Turlock.
