Regina May Palone

March 9, 1977 – March 13, 2026

Regina May Palone, 49, of Cressey, California, passed away on March 13, 2026. She was born on March 9, 1977, in Merced, California, to Robert and Juanita Palone. Regina grew up throughout Merced County, spending much of her early life in Livingston and Atwater alongside her older sister, Bernice, with whom she shared a close bond with, and spoke to everyday. She later settled in Cressey, where she spent the rest of her life with the love of her life, Brian Torosian. Regina dedicated 17 years of service as a Postal Clerk, where she was known for her dependability and the genuine connections she formed with those she served. Above all, she was a devoted mother who raised her two children, Sebastian and Hermione, with deep love, strength, and unwavering support.

Regina was a person whose presence could be felt the moment she entered a room. She had a radiant smile, a contagious laugh, and a way of making others feel seen and cared for. She valued family and friendship deeply, and she was fortunate to have close friends who stood by her through every chapter of life—from high school parties to the milestones of births, the hardships of loss, and the many birthdays and memories shared along the way. She found joy in the simple, meaningful moments—spending time with loved ones, sharing stories, and creating lasting memories. Her kindness, resilience, and the love she gave so freely will remain her lasting legacy.

Regina is survived by her children, Sebastian Silva and Hermione Silva; her older sister Bernice Palone and brother-in-law Randy; her niece Mia and nephew Dasaun; her fiancé, Brian Torosian; and her loving family and friends.

A Memorial Service will be held at Allen Mortuary on Saturday, April 11, at 10:00 a.m.

A celebration of life will follow at her home in Cressey, located at 9379 Cressy Way.
