Our beloved Anthony Kristopher Alvarez, 38, passed away unexpectedly on May 7th, 2026, in his hometown of Modesto, California, a city he always showed immense pride in being from.
It was impossible to be anything less than family to Anthony as he possessed the most infectious personality and was the definition of “the life of the party”, making friends anywhere and with anyone he met. Anthony never shied away from a challenge or failed to offer a helping hand to someone in need. If you had car troubles, Ant was there with his tools ready to start wrenching even after long 12-hour shifts at work. His passion for cars is unrivaled and there wasn’t anything he couldn’t do when it came to fixing or modifying them. Anthony lived to be out on the lake with his beloved family on his boat, his pride and joy, “The Queen Mary”. Whether it was just hanging around the house watching movies or taking unplanned weekend trips, he always made it a blast.
Anthony joined his departed father, Alfredo Alvarez, and brother David Alvara, also of Modesto.
He is survived by his wife Rosie, children Geovanni, Isaiah, and Fabian, as well as his mother Martha and sister Amber. We love you Ant, and you will always be in our hearts.
A funeral service will be held at 10:00am on Saturday, June 5, 2026 at Allen Mortuary, 247 N. Broadway in Turlock.
