Urns, Keepsake Urns and Memorial Jewelry
For those choosing cremation as an alternative to traditional burials Allen Mortuary provides licensed, on-site cremation services and many varieties of urns available to fulfill your loved one’s wishes.
There are several options to consider when choosing the most appropriate urn for your loved one’s cremains. Traditionally, urns can be made of various materials including wood, metal and composite materials. Some families wish to scatter their loved one’s cremains in a meaningful way and some may choose to preserve them in a permanent container. We offer several solutions depending on the family’s decision. Click here to view a sampling of urns available for purchase.
Should your loved one choose to give several family members a portion of their cremains, we offer keepsake urns. Keepsake urns are smaller and designed to hold only a portion of the cremains for this specific purpose. As with traditional urns, keepsake urns are available in a variety of materials and designs.
For the convenience of your family and friends Allen Mortuary has partnered with Dean Floral to offer a wide variety of floral and gift services. Dean Floral has served the community since 1957 and we admire their longstanding commitment to excellent customer service. Memorial Jewelry allows the option of being memorialized close to the hearts of family and dear friends. Often formed as pendants in various shapes and sizes, memorial jewelry captures the sentiment, emotion and ever lasting love we hold for those who have passed. Some pendants hold a very small portion of the cremains but look like any other piece of jewelry, while others can be personalized with the finger or thumbprint of a loved one.
