We take your privacy seriously and are committed to protecting your personally identifiable
information. Any personal information received will only be used to fill your order. We also
automatically receive a record of information on our server logs from your browser including your IP
address, cookie information, and the page(s) you visited. We will not sell or redistribute your
information to anyone.
Your payment and personal information is always safe. The software we use is the industry
standard and uses sophisticated encryption and authentification tools to protect the security of
your personally identifiable information that you share with us. If sensitive data is collected
through our website, we will encrypt your information before it travels over the Internet using
industry standards for secure online transactions. The information you provided to us is
preserved behind a firewall, instead of being directly connected to the Internet.
REFUND POLICY
Credit card refunds will be made upon failure to deliver floral in a timely manner. Any refunds will be
provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of purchase within five (5) business days.
DELIVERY POLICY
To guarantee timely delivery of specific floral items, please order two (2) business days (Mon.-Fri.) in
advance of the scheduled service. Please understand that for orders received after 48 hours,
specific colors or flowers may not be available. Orders for Saturday or Sunday must be received by
3pm on Friday.
Flowers or colors may be subject to substitution dependent on availability. Any substitutions will be
of equal or greater value and our florists will ensure that the style and theme of your arrangement
is preserved. We will do our best to inform you of these substitutions, if possible.
Deliveries are made in Turlock and immediate surrounding areas (Denair, Hilmar, not including Modesto)
and will go to the location of the visitation/service or the funeral home.
If for any reason you are not happy with the flowers delivered, please contact us so we can
resolve it as soon as possible.
