Beverly McCleskey, age 87, said farewell to family and friends to return to those who passed before her. She died on December 24, 2018 – Christmas Eve in Turlock, California.
Her selfless kind acts and numerous lessons of service will always be admired by many. She will long be remembered for her life of love and dedication to her family and friends, where she always gave her time and wisdom to anyone who sat at her table lovingly known as “Bev’s Kitchen”.
Beverly Jean Robinson was born August 10, 1931 in Turlock, California to Victor Norris and Palmeda (Oliveria) Robinson. When she was 16 she moved to Missouri to live with her great aunt Cleo Mae Robinson. Then proceeded on to Columbia Christian College. She married Billy Joe McCleskey on December 9, 1951 and they were married 54 years.
She is survived by three children, Michael Mann (Margrette) of Turlock, California, Robin Falke (Rob) of Avon Lake, Ohio and Scott Jason (Susan) of American Fork, Utah; her two brothers Victor “Bud” Robinson of Jackson, Oregon and Wilford George Robinson of Nevada City, California and one sister Sunny Delane Robinson-Nye of Hilmar, California. She is predeceased by half-brother Albert Aschwanden.
She also leaves behind her grandchilden: Erik (Katie) Schultz, Victoria (Jaques) Thebert, Michael Matthew, Daniel Mann (Nichole), Ryan (Stephanie) Falke, Bradley (Maylin) Falke, Molly (Mark) Houx, Jaime (Eric) Forsyth, Clinton (Tess), ShaNae (Spenser) Carrier, Brayden (Maddie), Sabyn (Nolan) Hanson, and Jason Scott; and great grandchildren: Cyril and Calvin Thebert; Brooke and Jay Schultz; Jameson and Remington McCleskey; Conner, Addison, Brooklyn, and Taylor Falke; Galla, Magnus, Everly, and Ryken Falke; Amelia and Nikolai Houx; Henry and Pepper Forsyth; and Sophie ShaNae Matheson.

A Graveside service will be held at Turlock Memorial Park on Monday, January 7, 2018 at 11:00 a.m.
