Cecil Wagoner, age 81 of Modesto, California passed away October 13, 2019. Cecil was born in Visalia, CA and raised in Modesto where he graduated from Downey High School. He retired from San Benito Foods as a Seamer Mechanic. Cecil enjoyed fishing, hunting, gardening, and tinkering on things.
Cecil is survived by his wife Pat Wagoner; sons Chris, Jim, and Travis Wagoner; 12 grandchildren and one great grandchild. He is also survived by his siblings Rennie, Sissy, Jimmy, and Polly. Cecil is preceded in death by his brother Carroll.
Private services will be held.
