Remembrances

  1. Your smile lit up a room! You had such a giving and tender heart. So, so many perfect memories we shared, and now I’m the keeper of those memories. I will forever cherish and hold them dear. I only ever wanted good things for you and your life. I am filled with such deep sadness that you were taken from this earth…far too soon! My heart breaks for your family and all of your loved ones.

    Sleep well my old friend…

“Perhaps they are not stars in the sky, but rather openings in Heaven where the love of our lost ones pours through and shines down to let us know they are happy.” -Unknown

  2. I don’t even know what to say! My heart aches and goes out to Edwards family, especially his children. That great big smile is what I remember. Edward to me was kind and respectful and of great character!! I knew him through his high school years and he was an important part of that time in the life of my family. I picture him on the football field and in his uniform, and yes, with that great big smile!!
Through the years I have ran in to him and he was always joyful and always genuinely happy to see me with that huge smile that I will miss! He always genuinely asked about each of my children. The last time I saw him, he was excited about the birth of his son and spoke lovingly about his children.
I have and will always have a special place in my heart for you Edward!! With Love, Kim (Goldsberry)

  3. He dated my sister in high school. I was about 7 years younger than them. I don’t remember too much because of how young I was, but I do remember Edward being a really nice guy. I enjoyed when he would come to visit my sister. He was always really sweet to me, the annoying little sister. This is a tragedy, far too young.
