Frank was exceptionally successful with our county 4-H model rocketry program, even winning contests at state fair. He also helped guide the 4H shooting sports program. He taught safety and discipline first and foremost, and his projects were popular with members. I knew him to be honest, fair, and deeply caring. Together, he and Judy made a great team.
Judy and Don, we all cherished this good man, and you have our deepest sympathies.
