Janice Lundquist passed away peacefully at her home in Paramount Court on Saturday, August 18, 2018 after a lengthy illness at the age of 82.

Janice was born November 3, 1935 in Richfield, Idaho. She graduated high school and attended college. Janice moved to Patterson in 1961 where she lived until 1968. She relocated to Hilmar where she met and married Kenneth Lundquist. They enjoyed traveling and traveled throughout the western United States. She worked as a bus driver for Dial a Ride for 10 years. Janice had a very social and outgoing personality; she was a generous woman and had a great sense of humor.

Preceded in death by her parents, husband Kenneth Lundquist in 2000, and brother Ronald Lynn Pridmore in 1966.

She is survived by her children Ragina “Gina” L. Anderson (John Williams) of Crooked River Ranch, OR, Deborah “Debbie” McGovern of San Jose and Adrianna (Joe) Rodrigues of Turlock; siblings Barbara (Jim) Lambert of Reedley, CA and Harold “Richard” Pridmore of Stockton; grandchildren Erica (Shawn), Whitney, and Signe.

The family would like to say a special thank you to the staff at Paramount Court and Community Hospice.

Remembrances in Janice’s name may be made to Community Hospice.

Viewing will be held at Allen Mortuary on Monday, August 27, 2018 from 1:00-2:00p.m. with a graveside service to follow at 3:00p.m. at South Hilmar Cemetery District.  Please share your memories at www.AllenMortuary.com.

    It’s so hard to believe that you are gone from us now. You fought a tough battle, you gave it your all, but just ran out of energy to keep fighting.

    As much as we miss you, we are relieved that your struggle is over and that you are at peace and reunited with our loved ones.
