I worked with Jerry at the City of Modesto for 30 years. We had many long and interesting conversations when it just the two of us in the back drafting room of the old City hall, working at the end of the day. Seeing how he handled, and persevered through, the very difficult situations life presented him was something we all could learn from. Rest In Peace, my friend. Sincerest condolences to Jerry’s family and friends.
