Joanne Reimer Mageean was born September 1936 in Syracuse, NY to Edward J. Reimer and Josephine H. Reimer. She graduated from St. John’s Nursing College and worked as a Registered Nurse for 20 years. In 1967, she married the love of her life, Edward T. Mageean. She is survived by her children Mary Mageean Morado (Agustin) and Edward (Gina), her grandchildren Victoria, Allissa, Marissa, Daniel and Joseph. She lost her battle with lung cancer on October 22, 2018.

Rosary and Mass will be at St. Stanislaus Catholic Church , 709 J Street in Modesto, California on Thursday, October 25, 2018 at 10:00am. Memorial Mass to follow at 10:30am.
