Bob passed on January 11, 2018.  He was a true native Californian, raised in Pomona on an orange grove.  He had a passion for hot rods, racing sail boats and was a Master of the BBQ.  Bob excelled in high school track and field, played college football, rodeo clowned on weekends, and while living in South America bullfighting.  He attended Fresno State College where he studied Ag Science and Animal Husbandry.

His former career was in international business.  He traveled worldwide while residing in many countries.  He enjoyed travelling with his children Teresa and Tom, taking them to different countries and introducing them to different cultures and to respect the local way of life.

In 1988 his dream of farming came true and he eventually retired as an almond grower.  He was a member of Blue Diamond and Cortez Growers.  Bob’s happiest days were spent in his almond orchard with his dogs in the pick up.

He is preceded in death by his parents, loving daughter Teresa, and leaves behind his son Thomas to grieve his loss.

A private ceremony will be held at Hilmar District Cemetery on Friday, January 19^th.  Donations can be made in his memory to Lucille Packard’s Children’s Hospital at Stanford, Palo Alto, California.
