He loved the outdoors, camping, fishing, gardening and when he got white line fever he wanted to go for a drive in his truck. He was a funny guy, very quick, witted and a great storyteller. He said he never lied but he could, stretch the truth, when he told his stories. He was known for cute phrases; Thanks for coming and thanks for leaving, I’ll help the needy but not the greedy, See you in the funny papers.

The family will be planning a celebration of life in September. There will be a private interment with the family. His only request was that when you are at Kennedy Meadows go to the bar and have a beer or go and get an ice cream in the store. Rest in Peace.

Donations can be made in the form of planting a tree in his honor.
