October 1947 ~ January 2021

Maria will be remembered as a very loving and giving person who loved having family over to visit, and was always willing to help others.  She was an excellent cook and enjoyed feeding her entire family.  Maria was a happy and outgoing person, and always had a beautiful smile on her face. She loved going shopping and getting her hair done, and dressing up for family events and get togethers. She enjoyed knitting, crocheting, and making beautiful cross-stiched kitchen towels and tablecloths to give away. She loved listening to music and always had a yard full of beautiful flowers and plants.

She is survived by her children Humberto (Silvia) Moreno, Pedro Moreno, Julian (Hisela) Moreno and Hilario Moreno; siblings Salome Alvarado and Miguel Alvarado; grandchildren Julian Moreno Jr., Jovanie Moreno, Luis Angel Moreno, Maria Elena Moreno, Humberto Moreno, Sarahi Moreno, Peter Moreno, Larry Moreno, Adrian Moreno, Lizza Moreno and Wendy Moreno; great grandchildren Aiden Moreno, Zaribeth Moreno, Sofia Moreno and Santiago Moreno.

Maria was preceded in death by her husband Hilario Moreno; parents Luis Alvarado Sauzo and Socorro Camacho Diaz; her son Macario Moreno, siblings Francisca, Jesus, Merced, Apolonia, Pedro, Lucadio, Catalina, Maria, and Alejandro.

Funeral service will be held at Allen Mortuary on Friday, January 29, 2021 at 9:30 AM

    Te vamos a extrañar muchí­simo. Se que un dí­a vamos a poder abrazarnos, sonreí­r, y cocinar y porque no, tomarnos un cafí juntas otra vez.     Tií¡ Maria thank you for being there for me. You were like a second mother to me. I remember when Tia Maria and my mother went to Mexico and i told them before leaving that too look up at the sky when they got to Mexico. And to see all the stars that were up there. Ment how much love them. We love you tia and you will always be in our hearts Love you miss you Tií¡ Maria❤

    My condolences go out to the whole family I will miss my aunt so much she was the best anybody can have she was loving caring outgoing and very helpful person thank you so much for helped our parents and us in your house in Mexico When We Were Young
