William A. Muscutt
November 1945 – September 2026
William “Bill” A. Muscutt, age 80, of Turlock, passed away on September 21, 2026, at Alexander Cohen Hospice House in Hughson.
Bill was born in Monterey, California, and raised in Carmel Valley. He graduated from Carmel High School in 1963, earned an associate degree from Hartnell College, and later attended California Polytechnic State University. Bill proudly served in the United States Army. Following his honorable discharge, he returned to Carmel before eventually settling in the Turlock and Stanislaus County area in 1974.
Bill devoted 50 years of his life to the dairy industry; and was a grateful member of Alcoholics Anonymous. For over 41 years, he dedicated countless hours to supporting those seeking recovery and formed lifelong friendships within the fellowship. Throughout his life, Bill especially enjoyed the thrill of competition within the West Coast Swing dance community.
Bill is survived by his daughter, Janice Saari of Lancaster; stepson, Sean Stuart; stepdaughter, Kim Kelly; and seven grandchildren: Justin and McKenna Muscutt, Dean Saari, Brooke Freitas, Nicholas Rocha, Evan and Heather Stuart. He was preceded in death by his son, Brian Muscutt and wife Bonnie Muscutt.
Memorial Services will be held at the Allen Mortuary – Founders Chapel on Saturday, October 24, 2026 at 10:00 am.
