Scott was born in Southern California to Antoinette “Toni” and Edward Day. Scott lived the majority of his life in the East Bay of California and moved to Turlock 5 years ago to live closer to his children.
Scott was a dedicated and loving father. He was fun, loyal, hardworking and an all-around standup guy. He could often be heard yelling “Let’s Go” in the morning to annoy everyone or adding “erton” to almost any word. He loved to cook and enjoyed trying new restaurants. In his free time Scott could be found playing pickleball, snowboarding, wakeboarding or gambling. He was a lifelong Deadhead and attended over 100 Grateful Dead concerts.
Scott is survived by his mother Toni, fiancé Jessica Ciccarelli, children Scott & Allie Day, Payton Day, Dallas Day, Rylie Day, and Lucas Ciccarelli, baby on the way Daisy Day, and granddaughter Ari Day; along with his siblings Curt, Clint and Alyssa, and many nieces and nephews.
A Memorial Service will be held in his honor on October 21, 2023 at 1pm at Allen Mortuary.
We will always carry Scott’s memory in our hearts.
