Skip Winfrey

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Skip Winfrey, who passed away on July 13, 2026 at the age of 55. Skip was born on January 13, 1971, in Ceres, California. He will be remembered as a hardworking, family-oriented man who led by example.
Skip was known for his strong work ethic and unwavering integrity, he took great pride in his business and the work he accomplished throughout his life. Above all else, Skip was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, son, brother, and friend. He found his greatest joy in spending time with his family.
Skip is survived by his wife, Carla, his children: Caila (Shane), Matthew, Abigail, and Brayden, his grandchildren, Kinsley and Karson, his mother Linda and stepfather Barry, his brother Jeff, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and family members. He was preceded in death by his sister Christina Gonzalez.
Skip leaves behind a legacy of hard work, honesty, and unconditional love. He will be remembered for the way he cared for his family, the pride he took in his work, and the example he set for those around him. His memory will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.
Funeral services honoring Skip Winfrey will be held at Allen Mortuary at 247 North Broadway, Turlock, CA on Friday, July 24, at 10:00 a.m.
Immediately following the service, a graveside burial will be held at Lakewood Memorial Park at 900 Santa Fe Avenue, Hughson, CA.
Family and friends are warmly invited to join us for a reception immediately following the graveside service as we gather to celebrate his life and share memories.
