Obituary:
Nila Lee McMillen, age 80, of Turlock, died on Saturday at home with her family at her side. Nila was born in Elk City, OK to Thomas and Gladys Hall. She had lived in Turlock for 33 years. Nila was a member of the Turlock Sportsman’s Club of which she was a board member. She enjoyed fishing, cooking, hunting, and gardening. Most of all, she loved spending time with family.
She is survived by her children: Tammy Phillips and Danny Mc Millen both of Turlock, Harry McMillen of Kona, HI, Kenny McMillen of Lakeside, OR, Michael McMillen of Coosbay, OR, and Patricia Lawhon of Elgin, TX, brothers, LaVer Hall and Monty Hall both of Stockton, CA, Sixteen grandchildren and twenty-three great grand children.
Graveside service will be held at San Joaquin Valley National Cemetery on Monday, July 7, 2008 at 12:30 a.m. Arrangements were entrusted to Allen Mortuary. Please share your memories at www.allenmortuary.com.
