Bulah Waltman March 9, 1939 - November 20, 2025

Bulah Waltman passed away peacefully at the age of 86 years old in Turlock, CA. She was married for 45 years to Teddy Ray Waltman Sr. She was a devoted mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. Bulah loved gardening and cherished celebrating, Easter, Thanksgiving, and Christmas with her family. Her signature move was on holidays and birthday grandkids and children always found a $50 bill in a sweet card. She is survived by her three children, Belinda, Donna, and Teddy, her grandchildren Jason, Dianna, and Jarred. Great grandchildren Shanda. She is preceded in death by her husband Teddy Waltman, Grandson Joshua Rocha, and great grandson Damien Rocha and many others. Bulah’s, warmth love and gentle spirit will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
