Dale Michael Monday March 7, 1948 - February 15, 2026

Dale Michael Monday was born March 7, 1948 and passed away on February 15, 2026. Dale was born and raised in Los Angeles California and attended Monroe High School and Pierce College. He moved to Modesto in 1967 and received his Bachelor of Arts degree in music from Cal State University Stanislaus in 1972. Dale worked at Stan State for over 30 years as a music technician. He also ran Dale Monday Piano service for 40-plus years. He was a long-time member of First Baptist Church in Modesto. He loved the L.A. Dodgers and Rams and the vocal stylings of Vin Scully. Dale was an avid fisherman his entire life. He loved fishing the lakes and streams in Northern California, as well as deep sea fishing in Monterey and Alaska. He was a very accomplished angler. Dale is survived by two daughters and a son, a brother and a sister-in-law, several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. His quick wit and sense of humor will be missed by all who knew him.
