Thomas Clifford Virgo
September 9, 1946 ~ May 7, 2026
Thomas Virgo of Turlock, California has passed away at the age of 79. He was born in Merced to Herbert and Madaline Virgo. He married Patricia Chandler. He worked as carpenter superintendent for around 60 years, and was a member of the carpenter union.
Thomas loved following NAASCAR and raced cars for around 22 years. Tom loved to talk and tell stories, and was a member of the Hilmar-Irwin-Stevinson Historical Society. He loved collecting guns, especially World War II relics. And Tom loved his dogs.
Thomas is survived by his wife Patty Virgo, his brother Donny Virgo, sister in law Naomi Virgo, nephew Christopher Virgo, grandniece Lu Virgo, and close friend Jim Adams.
He is preceded in passing by his parents Herbert and Madaline, and his sister in law Lona Virgo.
A Celebration of Life service will be held at a later date and time to be announced.
