Grandpa was the best and most loving grandfather anyone could have ever asked for. He was always there for you and welcoming. Grandpa will be truly missed. He had such spunk, never afraid to try new things or places. Loved his garden. I will miss giving him a hard time about his “gentlemanly charm” and him replying, “you mean my okie charm.” He loved his family very much. I have been truly blessed to be able to call him grandpa.

It was such a joy to know this great and wonderful man. He was a big guy but his heart was even bigger. I loved listening to his stories of visiting incredible places like Israel and Ireland; I vicariously visited these places through his detailed descriptions. He loved traveling. More than traveling, he loved his family. First, foremost and forever! He possessed loyalty, generosity and eternal love for his family. I have such great respect for this sweet man who made a positive difference in people’s lives. I will miss running into him at McDonald’s and eating ice cream cones. My love and prayers go to his family and to those who love Harrold
