Remembrances

  1. I remember Rick as a young man who was looking for a future. I hired.hom at Hayward Plastics and mentored him in Manufacturing. In time I encouraged him to move forward with a company down South. After a while, our paths met again as a Plant Manager at Volk Enterprises and he was my go to production manager. We had a lot of laughs, sorrow, and victories. When came time for me to move on, Rick took the reins for the next 18 years. Well done my friend.
