Arthur J. Bass was born in Stockton, California on December 14, 1936.

Son of Arthur C. Bass and Mildred Daley, Brother to Vicki Morris of Castro Valley, CA, Uncle to Gregory and Jeremy Morris of Castro Valley, CA.

Past employee of Thermovac, California Cedar Co., Stockton Record Newspaper, Tillie Lewis Cannery, all of Stockton, CA; then retired after 26 years from Tri Valley Growers Cannery of Modesto. Resided in Modesto since 1979.

Lifetime member and past President of the National Association of Purchasing Management, Central Valley Chapter.

Enjoyed boating on the Delta.
