Left this world at the age of 40. He was born in Modesto, CA.
Chris was an avid bowler at McHenry Bowl. He also loved searching for gold, and rocks that might possibly have gold in them. He had a great skill in creating rock crushing machines to fuel his passion. He had no problem giving his truth to anybody and everybody. And he was always ready to give you a hard time. He was #1 at being a smart ass. But above all he had a strong desire to learn. He was always striving to learn something new every day.
Chris is survived by his wife Leanna Nichols, sons Ian Nichols and Sye Nichols, father Don Nichols, Other Mom Sheryl Hardenberg, his sister Janice King, niece Natalie King. Sister Tonya Reyes (Lupe), nephew Fabian Reyes, niece Alicia Reyes. Sister Kimberlee Hardenberg, nephew Jason Hardenberg, nephew Alex Watkins. He was preceded in death by his Mother Joan Nichols.
He will be forever loved and missed by those who loved him, and those who didn’t.
