David La Jeunesse
March 1947 – November 2025
David La Jeunesse was born in San Francisco, California, and spent his childhood in the San Jose and Santa Clara areas. In 1988, he married the love of his life, Gwendolyn Neal, and together they later settled in Turlock, California. David managed Dairyland in Hilmar for several years before going on to oversee multiple convenience stores throughout the Turlock community. He was known for his steady work ethic, friendly presence, and the relationships he built with coworkers and customers alike.
David is survived by his wife, Gwen; his sons, Joseph, Lou, and Stephen La Jeunesse; his step-daughter, Coby Clinkenbeard-Kelly; and his adopted family, Mindy and Paul Gould. He also leaves behind ten grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, and three siblings. He is preceded in death by his son and step-son.
