Domingo E. Suniga born May 27, 1944, in Brawley, California, passed away surrounded by family. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Gloria Suniga.
He is survived by his children Domingo Suniga, Jr., Robert Suniga, Laurie Vargas Suniga, Felix Espino all of Modesto, Jennifer Montesdeoca of Ceres and Norma Campos of Redding. He is also survived by his siblings Lydia S. Rodriguez and Virginia E. Suniga.
Domingo was a proud grandfather to 12 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren, who were the joy of his life. He especially loved watching his grandchildren play softball and was always their biggest supporter. He enjoyed football, NASCAR racing, playing golf, and listening to Tejano music.
He will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew him.
Recitation of the Rosary will be held at 6:00pm on Monday January 12, 2026, at Allen Mortuary, 247. N. Broadway on Turlock. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00am on Tuesday, January 13, 2026, St. Judes Catholic Church in Ceres. Burial will follow at Lakewood Memorial Park.
