Garthy L. Dufresne (97) of Turlock, California, passed away peacefully of natural causes on March 15, 2024. She was born in Louisiana to Millard and Jessie Morris. She was the third of nine children. She was preceded in death by her husband of 44 years, Leo J. (Duffy) Dufresne, son Paul, stepson Ronnie and six siblings. Garthy is survived by her brother Hardy Morris, her sister Tiny Ward, sons William (Bill and Karen), Gary (Tammie) and daughter-in- law, Angela. Garthy is also survived by eight grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
