Harriet was born on April 14, 1927, in Fall River, Massachusetts. To Frisby and Harriet (Reynolds) Carter. She married James Ollivierre and the two settled in Portsmouth, New Hamshire. Harriet and James moved to Ceres, Ca in 2014, where she remained until her passing.
Among her survivors are her son Timothy Ollivierre, 10 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held from 4pm to 7pm at Allen Mortuary on Friday, May 15, 2026. A funeral service will be held at 10:00am also at Allen Mortuary on Saturday, May 16, 2026.
