Jane Kathleen Cain, 92, of Hughson, California, passed away peacefully in her sleep on January 28, 2026. Born on June 12, 1933, in Portola, California. Jane lived a life full of adventure, purpose and warmth.
Jane will be remembered for her remarkable organizational skills, upbeat spirit and steady dependability. She was a kind person you could always count on to get things done and to have them done well. Her attention to detail and positive energy, her quick smile and thoughtful nature brought steadiness and comfort to those who knew her best—a joy to be around.
Throughout her life Jane found joy spending time with family and friends and making new friends.

Jane and her husband Jim traveled most of North America in a motorhome, exploring and making friends everywhere. She also traveled to all seven continents.
