Kimberly Dawn Ramos
June 12, 1967 – November 30, 2025
Kimberly Dawn Ramos was born and raised in Patterson, CA. She graduated from Central Catholic High School in 1985. She later attended Brigham Young University before returning home, where she married and welcomed two children.
Kim embraced a variety of professions. She worked in the medical field, held roles in management, ran her own business, and contributed to her family’s businesses.
Kim discovered a passion for the wine industry through close friends. Two years ago, she moved to Oregon and began a new chapter as the Tasting Room Manager for her family’s winery, Somar Family Vineyards. She took pride in greeting guests, organizing events, and sharing the story of the vineyard and wines she loved. Her enthusiasm and warmth made visitors feel like family.
A woman of faith and community, Kim was a member of Calvary Chapel in Modesto and an active participant in the Jacksonville Wineries Association. She also devoted her time and heart to Soles for Kids 209 Inc.
Kim was known for her gardening, cooking, and baking skills—often sharing what she made with those she loved. She will be remembered for her generosity, love of animals, playful sense of humor, and adventurous spirit.
She is survived by her daughter, Morgan Davis; son, Cameron (Danyelle) Davis; and cherished grandchild, Grayson. She is also survived by her parents, John and Brenda Ramos; sisters, Lisa (Aaron) Days and Devon Ramos; two nephews, Zachary (Savannah) Days and Jacob Days; and loving partner, Jerry Tyler.
Allen Mortuary in Turlock, CA will be holding a visitation on Friday, December 12, from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. and a funeral service on Saturday, December 13, at 10:00 a.m., with entombment to follow at Turlock Memorial Park.
