On April 20, 2024, Lois Hansen, loving wife and mother of 4, passed away at the age of 91. Lois was born to George and Josephine Traver March 14th 1933 in Far Rockaway, NY, moved to Patterson in 1948, graduated from Patterson High School in 1951, was married to Charles Hansen in 1951, and received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Stanislaus State in 2000.
She was preceded in death by her husband Charles and is survived by her children Susan Petersen (Cliff), Stephen Hansen (Kay), Patricia White (Gary), and Joni Klopping (Mike,) 11 grandchildren, and 16 great grandchildren. Lois had a passion for art and being an awesome Mom/Grandmother.
A celebration of life will be held on May 4 at 12:00 pm at the First Presbyterian Church, 2619 Berkeley Ave., Turlock.
