Mrs. Frances Louise Isreal McAllister, age 75, of Oakdale, California, passed away peacefully on March 24, 2026.
Frances was born in Santa Cruz, California, and raised in Southern California. She later lived in Watsonville, California, where she met and married the love of her life, Stacy McAllister, in 1984. Following their marriage, they made their home in Oakdale, where they built a life together filled with faith, family, and community.
Frances was an active and devoted member of the Waterford Seventh-day Adventist Church. She found joy in life’s simple pleasures and had a deep appreciation for creativity and the outdoors. She enjoyed knitting, cross-stitching, camping, and backpacking—activities that reflected her patient spirit and love of nature.
She is survived by her loving husband, Stacy McAllister; son Bruce Munger; daughter, Alicia Munger; brother, David Isreal; and her sister, Elva Plummer.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 4, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. at Waterford Seventh-day Adventist Church.
