Michael R. Brooks
April 30, 1949 – October 17, 2025
Mike passed away unexpectedly of heart failure at the age of 76. In keeping with his private nature and wishes, no services will be held.
As he also did not want an obituary, this is simply a loving goodbye to a fine man. Mike was affectionate, honest, opinionated and a firm believer in freedom and rules. A hard worker, Vietnam Vet and proud Grandpa of eight wonderful grandsons, he loved football, a cold beer and was happiest hiking and camping, especially in the desert.
Mike leaves behind his wife of 29 years, Nancy Brooks; daughter Allyson (Steve) Adair and grandsons Graham, Callan, Sawyer, Knox; son Brian (Jennifer) Turner, grandson Brooks; stepson Jeromy (Katie) Myers and grandsons Max, Dennis, and Conor; stepson Jason Myers.
