Paul W. Lytle
August 1935 – May 2026
Paul William Lytle passed peacefully at home surrounded by family on May 11, 2026. He was born in Nebraska on August 30, 1935 to Howard and Rozella Lytle. The family moved to Ceres, CA in 1938 where Paul grew up. He graduated from Ceres High School in 1953. Paul retired from T. I.D. in 1994.
Paul was a big fan of the Giants and 49ers. He always had a beautiful yard, loved gardening and had a real green thumb. Most of all, he had a love of fishing on the Delta, or anywhere for that matter.
Paul leaves behind his wife, Fran Lytle; daughters Debby Lytle and Sheila Butler; son Rick Lytle (Gail); brother Gary Lytle (Nancy); sister-in-law Jeanne Lytle; stepchildren Tena Falkenberg (Dave), Holly Barragan, Patrick Jensen (Andrea); 10 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren, and 1 great great grandchild.
He was preceded in death by his spouse Shirley Lytle, sister Geraldine Brown, brother Edward Lytle, and parents Howard and Rozella Lytle.
Paul lived a long, full life and was loved beyond words. He loved with his whole heart and was beloved by many and touched many hearts. He knew our Lord Jesus Christ and knew where he was going at the end of this life.
He will be greatly missed, but we will be re-united again in heaven.
A Rosary and Memorial Mass will be held at All Saints University Parish on Wednesday, June 3, 2026 beginning at 10:00a.m. Interment will be private.
