Phillip Onate passed away Saturday, January 18, 2020 after a brief illness. He was 61.
Phillip Garry Onate was born February 20, 1958 to Jose and Marie Onate. He was reared in Turlock and lived here for many years. Phillip worked in sanitation for a food processing plant for 5 years.
He was preceded in death by his father Jose Guadalupe Onate, a sister, Linda Ruiz and brother, Andy Onate.
Phillip is survived by his mother, Maria Garcia, five siblings: John Onate, Toby Onate, Judy Gutierrez, Gilbert Onate and Jo Ann Ruezga. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and his ex-wife Laura Antetomoso, who remained by his side and cared for him until he passed away. For the love and care you provided Phillip, the family is forever grateful.
A Memorial Service will be held Tuesday, January 28, 2020 at 4pm at Allen Mortuary in Turlock, CA.
