Pastor Rodney Shackelford was born in December of 1964 at the old Emanuel Hospital in Turlock and passed away March 31, 2018 at Emanuel Medical Center in Turlock. Rodney was a carpenter for 30 years before becoming a Pastor at Calvary Temple Baptist Church located in Turlock. He loved his church, spending time with his nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews, and enjoyed auto racing.
He is preceded in death by his parents Wayne and Naomi Shackelford, and brother Rockie Shackelford. He is survived by his brother Gilbert Shackelford.
Memorial service on Friday, April 13, 2018 at 10am at Calvary Temple Baptist Church, 609 West Ave., Turlock.
