Sheryl Morgan, 74, of Modesto, California, passed away peacefully in her home on June 16th, 2025.

She was born in 1951 in Turlock, California, to Nina and Loren Justice. Sheryl dedicated more than 30 years of her life to serving the community as an administrative assistant at the local library, where her warm personality and helpful spirit touched countless lives.

The two most important things in Sheryl’s life were her faith and her family. She was a devoted member of Big Valley Church in Modesto and her love for family knew no bounds.

Sheryl was known for her infectious smile, her loving heart, and her ability to brighten any room she entered. She had a wonderful talent for celebrating life’s moments – whether bringing confetti and party hats to birthdays, poppers to New Year’s celebrations, or creating themed surprises that turned ordinary occasions into treasured memories. Sheryl will be remembered for her radiant smile, her loving heart, her unwavering commitment to family, her deep love of God, and her extraordinary gift for bringing joy and celebration into the lives of everyone she touched.

Sheryl is survived by her sister Joyce Christeson; her nieces Lindsay Shigemoto, Lauren Brown-Berchtold, Morgan Brown, and Mckenzie Brown; and her nephew Erik Christeson.

• Graveside Service: 9am on July 2, 2025, at Turlock Memorial Park, Turlock, CA
• Memorial Service: 11am on July 2, 2025, at Big Valley Grace Church, Modesto, CA
