Stephen Anthony Belcher, aka “Red” or “Rojo” of 54 years, suddenly passed away on Saturday, August 15, 2026, in Turlock, California.

Stephen was a very social person, and made friends with everybody, everywhere he went. He loved spending time with his family, being outdoors, camping, fishing, hunting and working in everybody’s cars. If it was broken, he could fix it, even the unfixable things. He always put everyone before himself. He would take the shirt off his back if it was needed. He made life’s little moments special and the mundane feel memorable. He was our comedian.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Linda, and is survived by his mini me, Stephanie, his brothers, Trey, Max and Rafael, and his sister, Krystal, and many nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.

His ball cap and sunglasses will live on in our memories, and every sunburn will remind us of him.
