Edith Prill died peacefully at home on November 24, 2020 at the age of 86.  She was surrounded by her two closest friends, Judy Caton and Janice Smith.  She was preceded in death by her partner of more than 34 years, James Morton and survived by his children, Jim and Kathie Morton of Aurora, Oregon, Donny and Linda Drew of Nevada, David Morton of Nevada and many grandchildren.

Edith moved to the United States from Germany, became a legal citizen of the United States at the age of 23 and worked as a domestic engineer in San Francisco.  She later joined the Union and went to work in the restaurant business.  She then moved to Reno for several years and made her final home in Turlock.  She was very active and loved by many.
