It is with profound sadness that the family of Caleb Raper announce his passing on Wednesday, May 3, 2023 at the age of 25 years old, after a life-long battle with Duchene Muscular Dystrophy.
Caleb graduated from Riverbank High School, class of 2016, where he was crowned homecoming king. Caleb was a kind soul who will be remembered by his father, Jonathan; siblings, Keri, Kaylee, Jacob, Robbie, and Jocelyn; grandparents, numerous family members and friends. Caleb was preceded in death by his mother, Kelly.
A viewing will be held on May 15th, 2023 from 4:30pm to 7pm and a funeral service will be held on May 16th, 2023 at 1pm. Both will be located at Allen Mortuary, 247 N Broadway, Turlock, CA.

May 24, 2023 at 12:57 amI heard about Caleb’s passing from Sharlyn, one of the therapists at CCS, as I am now retired, but didn’t know of the service until now. I was so glad to hear that Caleb was crowned homecoming king at his high school! He had such a neat smile and a wicked sense of humor. I was honored to assist you and Caleb in the ways I could ( equipment, etc), And I appreciated how much you John took care of him for so many years. You have a hole in your heart now, But I can imagine Caleb running and dancing now that his body is free. Thank you so much for letting me be a part of y’all’s lives for some of those years.
