Gary was born in Encino, CA to Ted and Dee Rogers. He was an amazing athlete until a car accident left him paralyzed. He never let that dampen his spirits. He loved life and was a fighter all the way to the end. He fought hard. If you were lucky enough to be loved by him, you know it was deep and true. He never did anything half way.
He is survived by his sister Jodi, brother Greg, friends that became family, Karen Rogers-Falkenberg and Melissa Vargas and many, many friends. He is also survived by nieces Tina, Lillian, Jade, and Jaidon and nephews Jose and Elathan. He was preceded in death by his father Ted and mother Dee.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 28th from 4pm to 7pm at Allen Mortuary. A graveside service will be held on Friday, December 29th at 2pm at Turlock Memorial Park.
